Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada from Ontario.

Processing your order

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery

Tracked Canada Post shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout for your address and order, including handling. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays can affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery help

We provide tracking information when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If tracking stops updating, your parcel arrives damaged, or you need help with delivery, email greaterguard@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
