About Greater Guard

Greater Guard is operated by RIPSINTHE6IX INC. in Ontario, Canada. Our store is hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to purchases through greaterguards.com. Contact us at greaterguard@gmail.com with questions about your order or these terms.

Products and compatibility

We sell guards for graded-card holders. Cards and grading holders shown in photographs or previews are not included. Please select the guard made for your grading-holder type and the protection option you want before ordering. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

Colours can appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Interactive and 3D previews illustrate colour combinations and placement; they are not a grading, authentication or condition assessment. Preview labels and grades do not change the product being purchased. Product descriptions specify the guard and protection option supplied.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review your selection and order total before submitting an order. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Keep your order confirmation for your records.

If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the item we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once it has been dispatched; our return policy and your applicable legal rights continue to apply.

Prices and offers

Store prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Discounts are subject to the eligibility and amounts displayed in your cart and checkout. Future price or offer changes do not change the agreed price of an existing order.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship within Canada. See our shipping policy for processing, delivery and tracking information, and our return and refund policy for return conditions and refund information.

Using the website

Do not use the website for fraudulent transactions, interfere with its security or operation, or submit unlawful content. If you upload an image for a preview, use an image you are entitled to use and avoid including personal or confidential information.

Brand and third-party content

Greater Guard is an independent accessory brand. References to Pokémon, PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG identify cards or compatible grading holders and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store.

Your legal rights and updates

Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with those rights, your applicable legal rights prevail.

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing purchase.
